Three weeks is very long but I am still interested in growing my own apple tree one day. I really want to start a garden when I buy my first house, starting with an apple tree.
Why bother with the whole putting in bags and fridge etc, just stick them in a small pot with soil, water well once, then just keep soil mildly damp, within days it will sprout and continue to grow if placed on a well sunlit windowsill. None of this waiting three weeks rubbish. Have never had a seed fail doing straight into soil method.
